A Building Survey Report provides a Client with a comprehensive analysis of the construction and condition of a property. The report includes extensive technical information with respect to construction detail and the performance and suitability of materials. A defects schedule is appended to this report, to summarise all serious wants of repair.

It is suitable for all types of residential properties, but is strongly recommended for the following types:

• Pre-war homes, or period properties
• Dilapidated premises

They are also particularly suitable for properties that have been subject to extensive alteration or where perhaps conversion or renovation works are planned.
